Marz23 Embarks on First North American Tour in August

Marz23 will be embarking on his first world tour this summer. Starting off in Asia, the Not So Far Away world tour will move to North America in August, starting on the west coast in San Francisco and Los Angeles, before moving northeast to Toronto and New York. The North American portion of the tour will be the last leg of his whole world tour, and the soloist has hinted that he may bring along special guests to help celebrate this momentous occasion.

Born and raised in Yunlin County, Taiwan, Marz23 debuted in 2009 as the lead singer and guitarist of TRASH Band. The singer is born from a family of performers, as his father is Taiwanese comedian, host, and actor Andy Lin (安迪), and his sister is Taiwanese singer and actress Zowie Lin (林吟蔚). Releasing several singles, including popular song “Not A Rapper (我不是饒舌歌手),” at the start of his career, Marz23 only released his first album, 23, in August 2020. Most recently, he dropped his second album, not far away (不遠處), in April of this year. The album boasts twelve total tracks, including collaboration songs with artists such as Mo Zaiyang (莫宰羊), SMARTDEATH, and ØZI, and title song “Not So Far Away.”
