CHASE

Last week, game publisher Arc System Works unveiled their latest game for Spring 2016 titled “-Chase- Mikaiketsu Jiken Sousaka ~Tooi Kioku~” or “-Chase- The Unsolved Cases Division – A Distant Memory.” Former members of CING, the company responsible for creating “Hotel Dusk: Room 215,” will be the power behind ArcSystem Works’ newest mystery thriller. Director Taisuke Kanasaki, who was also the character designer and designer of Another Code and Hotel Dusk, as well as other CING staff, are working in collaboration with ArcSystem Work’s team.

According to the Japanese media outlet Gamer, CHASE is set to be a dramatic, serious adventure game targeted at adults. It emulates a TV police drama where it combines dynamic images with a good old fashioned “hard boiled” atmosphere. The truths of unsolved cases that were once put to rest will now be unraveled by “your” hands.

Currently, there has been no information on an English release. The game will be available sometime in Spring 2016 in the 3DS eShop.
